Menu Navigation
On this page, you will find an explanation of the Main Menu and where to find things.
Main Menu
The basic menu for Bushido looks like this
Bushido link
The first clickable link is Bushido which will always bring you back to your dashboard.
Students
The students menu option will bring you to the students search page. From this page you can also add new student profiles, provided your user has the appropriate permissions.
School Name
The menu item bearing your dojo's name, if where most of the functionality of Bushido is found
This is where you can naviguate to various elements of Bushido.
You
This menu is where you can logout, or update your user information. This is not to be confused with a student profile that might bear the same name as yourself. This is what you use to login to Bushido.
Cart
The shopping cart icon, is another shortcut to a feature that can be used to managing your orders to suppliers. The details will be covered in the Shopping Cart documentation page.
Invoice
This is a shortcut to create a new invoice for a student.
Envelope
This is a shortcut to communications with the Bushido Administrators. This is not used to communuication with your students.
Français
You can use this link to change the language of the site from English to French. Presently Bushido is completely translated for both English and French.
Your School Name
Calendar
This will bring you to the weekly calendar of classes for your Dojo.
Exams
This will bring you to the Exam listing page.
Reports
This will bring you to main report listing page, if you have appropriate permissions.
Products
The products menu item will lead you to the Product Listing page
Contracts
The contract section offers a couple quick links. You have the ability to print up a blank version of any contract document that is configured for your dojo.
All Contracts
This link takes you to the contract listing page, with all contracts showing.
Up For Renewal
This is a quick link to filter all the contracts, listing only those are are up for renewal.
Expired Contracts
This is a quick link to filter all the contracts, listing only those that are still in the active status, but are past their end date.
Invoices
The invoice section, much like the contract section above, offers a few quick links, to help you navigate faster
All Invoices
This link shows you all the invoices for your dojo that are not cancelled.
